The kitchen is the heart of Casale Alessandri. Whether it be cooking with wild asparagus we find together, the fresh produce we take from our vegetable patch, or the delectable truffles from the surrounding Monte Martani, Chef Federico Alessandri can explain not only the recipes, but the ‘how’ and ‘why’ of Italian cuisine.
The cooking school is set in a professional kitchen which overlooks the surrounding olive orchard from which we produce our own delicious extra virgin olive oil. A skill and an experience you can take home with you is that of cooking and eating a full 5 course Italian meal.
